Basic Certification Program

The Basic Package is an in-store sales training certification program for up to 10 employees. Designed for the independent retailer who has 1–4 retail shops but no formalized training program. This entry-level package becomes your complete retail sales training department.

How does it work?

The Basic Package program does not require your sales associate to come off the sales floor for more than 30 minutes at a time. Your trainees will follow these simple, self-guided steps throughout each segment of their training:

– Read a chapter in the Retail Sales Bible.
– Log into the Retail Sales Bible web portal and complete a series of activities related to the training segment.
– Watch the segment video.
– Complete the exercises related to the segment.
– Practice a role play or other training scenario with their training partner.
– Complete the review, referred to as “Mental Aerobics,” an online test that will cover everything they have read and practiced in that
segment.
– Upon completion of the program, your trainees will be “Certified G.R.E.A.T. Sales Professionals.” They will receive a certificate and a
lapel pin to wear when working. Your customers will know you and your store have committed to learning how to serve them well.

Prime Certification Program

The Prime Package is an in-store sales training certification program for up to 20 employees. It includes a Train-the-Manager module designed for your managers and can become your complete retail sales training department or part of your existing sales training initiatives.
